Firstly, why I’m special is because I’m a gift of god. I’m special in the way I am and look. I go to a good school and enjoy it. I get a lot of homework every day but I cope even though it’s difficult. Sports is also very special to me. It relaxes me and I enjoy playing soccer. Every Wednesday I stay at school to extra lessons to help me along. I also grow up in a Christian home. I attend church and Sunday school every week. What makes me special is because I enjoy everything I do and love my parents and my brother very much. The whole family is very close and I love playing with my cousins. To me it is important to talk and play with other children and races. To know their ways and cultures are also important because I go to school with different races. I also like to share like when some of my friends at school don’t have bread then I’ll share with them. My parents also make potjie kos and invite all the children in the road for a plate of food. What is also special for me is that I’m allowed children into my home and play on my computer as they don’t have. It really makes me feel good to see them happy. So to me I am special in God’s eyes.
THE PERSON I ADMIRE
Ever person admires someone. They are the reason we keep going on despite all the challenges and temptations. They help us go on the right way. They stand as our bones that help us stand straight. They will do everything for you.
There are many people who influence my life, but there is that one special person who showed me more than I could see in the world. That special someone is my MOM. She taught me to keep moving even though I'm close to giving up, she believes that there is always something special waiting for me; you just need to have your faith and believe in yourself. There is one time that I wanted something really bad but she said no and told me that "want" is different from "need". She told me that material things are not important we should be contented in what we have and be thankful for it. During my childhood life there are times that I hated her because she often scold me, but then I realized why she does that because it's their way of showing their love and that, it is not us that they get mad at it's what we did wrong.
(am still working on it)
This is nicely written.

Can you look at my questionnaire? Thanks!!
Maybe you should revise the way you begin this essay, FIRST: introduce the idea of your mom being the one you admire, THEN explain all of the qualities that you describe. Be sure to focus on the qualities of your mother that you admire most, include aspects of her personality, her job, her passions and interests, then link your own self to her qualities. You are already doing these things, just trying to emphasize the best way for you to stay on track. Tell it like its a story, make your words flow. I wish you luck :)

I t's her way of showing her love and that, it is not me that she go t mad at, it's what I did wrong. You could also give an example of how she helped you learn from a mistake and how that ties into why you admire her so much. (am still working on it) Good so far :)
